At Keg N Tap we prefer to deliver setup and collect our equipment. Therefore before leaving we can show the customer what is required to pour a nice Draught.
If you choose to collect, we will charge a deposit on both the equipment and Kegs. The person collecting will be required to sign our rental agreement and provide proof of residence and a copy of their ID.
Upon collecting we will show the customer how to use the Equipment and we will also show the customer that our Gas Bottle and Regulator is working 100%.
If you incur any problems, we will glady assist via a phone call or Video call but we cannot be held responsible for any technical problems that may occur especially if you are more than 20 kilometres away. No refund will be forthcoming on any beer not used. If the seal is not broken we will Glady refund you minus R300 Handling fee per keg.
If we are required to come out and assist you, you will be billed at our per kilometre rate.
It is your responsibility to make sure all is in order before taking the Kegs/equipment’
For the duration of your rental always make sure the equipment and the Kegs are in a cool area with plenty of shade. If the temperature is exceptionally hot place the Keg in a large Ice Bucket and pack it with ice.
While the chill plate is very effective it will be a problem trying to force hot beer through the chill Plate.
As a point of interest, the best temperature for pouring beer is 3 Degrees.
